delisted after Witan concluded in the summer that its listing in New Zealand was no longer necessary; most of its New Zealand resident shareholders have chosen to remain on the main register. NZX Limited has now confirmed that the delisting will take effect from 1 November 2010. Witan will transfer the remaining local shareholders from the branch register maintained by Computershare Investor Services Limited in Auckland, New Zealand to the main register maintained by Computershare Investor Services PLC in Bristol, England.
