we understand that in 1987 Skellerup became a subsidiary of Brierley Investments Ltd and was delisted - in 1993 Brierley listed Skellerup Industries on the Stock Exchange as part of the Skellerup Group and in 1996 Skellerup Group was acquired by Maine Investments Ltd and delisted - in 1998 in a restructuring of Maine Investments, Viking Pacific purchased Skellerup and Flomax International, manufacturers of dairy/industrial vacuum pumps - in 2002 Skellmax Industries acquired these companies and returned them to public ownership via a share float of 100 million shares (see Skellerup Holdings Limited - SKL) | 31/12/2002 |
