delisted following the merger between Promina and Suncorp-Metway Limited by way of a scheme of arrangement

we understand that in accordance with the terms of the Scheme, Promina ordinary shareholders (other than Ineligible Overseas Shareholders) were issued with 0.2703 Suncorp ordinary shares per Promina ordinary share and received payment of AUD$1.80 per Promina ordinary share

following the request received today from PMN, the ordinary shares in PMN are now suspended from quotation - this follows the coming into effect of the scheme of arrangement with Suncorp-Metway Limited which became effective upon the lodgement of the Australian Federal court order approving the scheme of arrangement with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
