delisted following the suspension of trading in the company's shares by the Market Surveillance Panel ("Panel") on 26 April 1995 for non-compliance with the information requirements of the Listing Rules because the Panel was not satisfied that trading would take place in future on a fairly informed basis - since then the Panel had extensive communications with the company regarding full compliance, however, Power Beat continued to breach the Listing Rules relating to market information - at the request of the Panel, the Board of the Exchange reviewed the continued listing of Power Beat and decided to delist Power Beat on the grounds that it is in the best interests of the market and attainment of the intent and objects of the Listing Rules	12/04/1996
