delisted as the company's annual report for the year ended 31 March 1994 was qualified by the auditors in that the financial statements did not comply with GAAP and they did not present a true and fair view of the financial position and results of the operations of Perry Dines - the company also twice this year and on previous occasions breached the Exchange's Listing Rules requiring the timely reporting of its financial results - in the first instance this year, Perry Dines was suspended by the Market Surveillance Panel from 8 August 1994 to 15 December 1994 for failing to issue its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 1994 - on the second occasion, Perry Dines failed to issue to the Exchange its half year report by 16 December 1994	23/12/1994
