delisted following a decision by the company to delist because New Zealanders only hold 0.4 percent of Lend Lease's issued capital and leaving the NZX will reduce compliance costs	29/04/2011
LLC will be delisted and its ordinary shares will cease to be quoted on the NZSX Market, from the close of the market on 29 April 2011. LLC has requested to be delisted in order to reduce compliance costs, which it believes to be appropriate given that its New Zealand holders hold approximately 0.4% of LLC's total issued capital	14/04/2011
